The weather has definitely changed and we are loving the sunshine!  And the best part of the weather breaking means that Take Steps is right around the corner.  And no matter what the pandemic throws at us, we know our teams and supporters will be out in full force to raise funds for our mission.  If you haven’t registered yet, I hope you will do so soon.  You can find more information in the articles about our plans for 2021.

We are also thrilled to announce that Virtual Camp Oasis 2021 registration is now open!  Much like Take Steps, we won’t let the pandemic stop our Camp fun either.  There are many new and exciting activities planned for 2021 that you won’t want to miss out on.  You can find information below on how to register.

One thing I know about our Michigan Chapter is that when the going gets tough, we step up. I can’t wait to see our supporters in full force this year too.

Let’s join together for a cure!

Having pain, both inside and outside the gut, as well as fatigue are commonly reported among IBD patients. Explore our new webpages to learn more about the causes of pain and fatigue as well as ways to treat and manage those symptoms.

Understanding pediatric IBD clinical trials
Interested in understanding the importance of pediatric clinical trials? Pediatric clinical trials for IBD allow researchers to determine what the best dosage and frequency of treatment is for children and teens. Researchers can test the effects of new treatments with the overall goal of providing safe and effective therapies tailored for children with IBD.
