Rep. David McKinley (R-WV) and and Rep. Lois Capps (D-CA) introduced the bipartisan HR 1600, The Patients' Access to Treatments Act which would constrain patient health care costs when paying for vital prescriptions.
The goal of the legislation is to help patients keep their drug costs down.
