Please join us on April 9th for the 21st Annual Illinois Chapter CCFA Patient and Family Symposium-"Meet the Experts: Your Questions, Your Care".  Dr. Eugene Yen, Course Director, and his committee have put together an empowering education program for patients, family members, health care professionals, parents, teens and youth to learn more about Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. 

We will be offering four different programs at Harper College.

  1. Patient and Family Program
  2. Parent Workshop
  3. Teen Workshop
  4. Kids Workshop

The program will start at 9:00 am and end at 1:00 pm.

The registration fee is $15.00.  Please be aware that we will no longer be offering a family registration fee.  Each individual attending the program needs to register.
