2016 Patient and Family IBD Education Symposium:

The Evolution of Diagnostic and Therapeutics in Pediatric and Adult IBD

The 2016 Patient and Family IBD Education Symposium is a place for those living with IBD and their family to learn about updates in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.  The Symposium allows attendees the opportunity to interact with others living with IBD.

The cost for the Symposium is $10/person and $20/family.  If you are unable to pay the registration fee, please contact Alicia Barron at abarron@ccfa.org to request a fee waiver.  The cost includes a light breakfast, free parking, vendors, and up-to-date information about IBD from local experts in the field.
