IBD and the Pediatric Patient There are over 100,000 children who suffer from IBD. In this talk learn about the unique aspects of IBD in the pediatric population.
   
Medication and IBD There are a number of medication options for patients when living with IBD. Come and learn about the differences between them all in this session.
   
Nutrition and IBD Do you want to learn more about nutrition? In this session learn about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and the Mediterranean Diet, two of the most popular options for IBD patients.
   
Shared Decision Making Panel Patients are becoming more involved with their medical care, in this panel meet providers and patients and explore how they use shared decision making skills for a better disease outcome.
   
Transitioning Care for the Pediatric Patient As children grow up their IBD care needs evolve. As chilren their care is driven by their parents but from high school through adulthood they begin to take over more of the care for their IBD. In this session explore the changing needs of this population.
