The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. For tax purposes, our EIN# is 13-6193105.

Membership Levels

Membership is open to physicians, surgeons, scientists, and researchers with the appropriate qualifications (MD, PhD, ScD, DO or equivalent) who have an interest in inflammatory bowel diseases and providing a premier level of support to the Foundation. As a thank-you, you will receive a quarterly digest of the most recently added patient resources.

Membership is open to physicians, surgeons, scientists, and researchers with the appropriate qualifications (MD, PhD, ScD, DO or equivalent) with an interest in inflammatory bowel diseases.

Early Career Physician Membership is open to physicians, surgeons, scientists, and researchers with the appropriate qualifications (MD, PhD, ScD, DO or equivalent), with an interest in inflammatory bowel diseases, who are no more than 7 years post-fellowship or doctoral training.

Membership is open to Nurses, Advanced Practice Nurses, Physician Assistants, Registered Dieticians, Psychologists, Practice Administrators and others with an interest in inflammatory bowel diseases.

REACH-IBD

Early Career Physician or PhD (must be within 7 years of fellowship or doctoral training)

Students, residents, and fellows in a relevant training program or gastroenterology/IBD fellowship are eligible for a free trainee membership.
