Companies receive valuable positive recognition in the community when they start a corporate team for Take Steps. With millions of patients in the United States, they and their loved ones represent a significant portion of consumers in our economy. Starting a corporate walk team couldn’t be easier, and it’s a fantastic way to build employee morale. National Teams
National teams devote their time and resources to helping the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation fund critical research to bring a cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis closer than ever before. Each company forms teams in locations across the country to raise funds through Take Steps.

Get Involved:
Our national team program offers a fun and exciting way to engage employees across the country, increase employee satisfaction through team building, foster healthy competition in the workplace, and demonstrate your corporate commitment toward the community you serve. To be considered a national team, you must:
- Form teams in multiple markets (minimum of 3)
- Designate a company contact as a National Team Captain to coordinate efforts across all markets
- Set a national team goal and strategy to achieve that goal
- Encourage participation in major locations across the country
We will provide all of the necessary materials and support to recruit your National Team Captain, assist with goal setting, and help create an easy fundraising strategy. Each team can achieve their goal through a combination of team fundraising, sponsorship, or retail sales.
