As some of you already know my daughter Avery was very recently diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. While this has been a rather devastating diagnosis for her and our family we feel so lucky to have some very effective treatment options. We are hopeful that one day there may be a cure so she won’t have a lifetime of medications and possible surgeries.
Please come join us on Saturday June 14th at Sugar House Park to raise awareness and support the many others living with Crohn’s or Ulcerative colitis. We would love to have your support and/or good company. See the link above to join our team!
Please help me reach my personal goal of $1,000.00 for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. This year, I will be participating in Take Steps Take Steps Facebook Page.
Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis affect more individuals than you may think – it is estimated that as many as 3 million Americans suffer from IBD. While many suffer in silence, Take Steps brings the community together in a fun, family-friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Your donation to my fundraising efforts will help support local patient programs, as well as important research projects. This cause is very important to me and I appreciate your help as we unite for cures.
Do you know someone who is affected by Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis? Join my team or share my fundraising page to spread awareness in the community!
