Great things never came from comfort zones
Can you believe it I have 1 WEEK until I am in Santa Rosa?!!! it is really hitting me now, how close it is. Oh man, so excited. I am so close to my goal, it is scary. Only $300 to go. I am sure we will hit this goal, thanks to all of you!

Update: This weekend marks my official start date. Yes I have been working out, and getting my bike ready. But haven't had time or the weather hasn't permitted me to REALLY train. So stay tuned and I will let ya know how it goes.
3/9/19: Today I actually had my real first training ride. The weather was beautiful and windy. Glad to be back on my bike.
3/16/19: Tomorrow i will be heading out with former team mates for a 45 mile ride. I can not wait to see them and catch up. First big real ride of the season. Stay tuned for the results. Happy riding!
3/18: 42 miles done with my old team. Thank you to Israel for riding with me. You rock!
3/ 27: 10 miles ride cut short due to my saddle coming loose and my tools at home. 60 mile ride this weekend.
4/9: Swim wasn't good today. Couldn't get my breathing right. Worst hour ever. Back at it later this week. Wish me luck.
4/16 had a short swim then ran. Felt good today. Had my grand baby today so training was on hold.
4/19 got some new tires on my bike. So exciting. have 165 mile bike ride in 2 wks and it will be awesome to have new tires.
4/23 1600 yards of swimming in today and 20 miles on my bike. Felt great today, swim was smooth and effortless. Ride was good. no training till Saturday since I will be out of town. Until then keep checking back. love ya all!
4/30 Went for a run of about 6 miles. Didn't do too bad since running really hasn't been on the agenda yet. I guess my body said" I remember this" I have 15 more days to meet my half way mark. Come on you all, we an do this
